With over 26 years of experience in both public and private education, Phillip Adam is a mission-driven leader committed to ensuring that every student has access to opportunities that unlock their full potential. He holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Kansas and brings a systems-level perspective to improving student outcomes. His work spans instruction, operations, and strategic leadership, including designing and opening a school within a juvenile detention center to expand access for underserved students, and leading operational efficiencies that have saved more than $400,000 to reinvest in student success.
