Antionette Bedessie is an experienced educational leader and operations strategist committed to building systems that empower schools, staff, and students to thrive. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Momentum, where she leads operational and financial strategy, and oversees the systems that enable schools to operate effectively and sustainably. Prior to this role, Antionette developed deep expertise in operations, compliance, and program management, building the infrastructure necessary to support strong outcomes for students and staff.

Antionette believes that schools play a critical role in anchoring students within their communities and preparing them to lead lives of purpose and impact. She holds a Master of Educational Technology from Webster University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications from Truman State University.
