Teagan Vonderheit serves as Chief of Staff at BELIEVE Schools, a multi-state public charter school network operating in St. Louis and Indianapolis. In this role, she leads cross-functional strategy and execution across finance, facilities, compliance, and organizational growth. Since joining BELIEVE in 2018, Teagan has played a critical role in scaling the network from a single campus to a growing portfolio of schools, including leading major facilities acquisitions and construction projects, securing and managing complex financing structures, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability. Her work is grounded in aligning operational excellence with BELIEVE’s mission to provide high-quality, career-connected education for students in historically underserved communities.

Teagan brings a diverse background spanning project management, operations, and strategic planning. Prior to her work in education, she served as a project manager at a marketing agency supporting national consumer packaged goods brands, where she led cross-functional teams, managed project timelines, and contributed to brand strategy and go-to-market execution. This blend of marketing and operational expertise continues to inform her approach to leading large-scale initiatives, managing partnerships, and supporting sustainable organizational growth. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Indiana University and an MBA from Miami University. Originally from Indianapolis and now based in St. Louis, Teagan is the proud dog mom of her three-year-old Maltipoo, Nipsey.
