Dr. Annelise Thurber is a school leader with 20 years of experience serving students in urban school systems in Kansas City, Missouri. Annelise started her career as an elementary teacher and then worked in middle and high schools. She has experience leading schools as a principal, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, and Director of Data and Accountability. Annelise has a passion for school improvement and turnaround, and puts students at the forefront of every decision.
