Madison Warrington is the Director of Operations and a member of the founding leadership team at Friendly Academy, where she leads the development of the school’s operational foundation and builds systems that support organizational effectiveness and student success.

Madison brings a diverse background which spans across education, talent acquisition, and operations. She began her career as a special education teacher, developing a strong foundation in supporting diverse student needs. She later transitioned into talent acquisition, leading recruitment strategy and building university partnerships to strengthen talent pipelines. She has also worked in operations and marketing within an organization focused on supporting individuals with ADHD, where she led business operations, growth initiatives, and partnership development.

Madison is driven by a commitment to creating environments where all students can thrive and where educators are supported to do their best work. She believes that strong, well-designed systems are critical to equity and access in education. Through the FOX Fellowship, she is excited to continue growing as a leader, collaborate with peers, and apply strategies that will further strengthen Friendly Academy’s impact. Outside of her professional work, Madison enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing volleyball, and being a proud mom to her four-year-old daughter, Maybelline.
