Dr. Ibrahim Keles is an experienced educator and finance professional currently serving as Director of Finance and HR at Frontier Schools in Kansas City, Missouri. With a Ph.D. in Management and over twenty-five years of academic and leadership experience across the United States, Nigeria, and Central Asia, he brings a global perspective to education, finance, and organizational leadership. His work spans higher education, school administration, and financial management, with a strong focus on improving institutional effectiveness and supporting student success.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Keles held several academic leadership positions, including Professor and Deputy Dean at Nile University of Nigeria and Head of Department roles in Kyrgyzstan. His teaching and research have centered on accounting, finance, entrepreneurship, and higher education, and he has published extensively in international journals. He is also actively engaged in professional and community service, including volunteer tax preparation and contributions to academic editorial boards.

As a FOX Fellow, Dr. Keles is committed to strengthening leadership practices in education systems, with particular interest in financial sustainability, organizational effectiveness, and expanding opportunities for students through strategic resource management.
