Tiffany D. Wilson is the Chief Operations Officer at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, where she has spent the past five years leading enterprise operations across a multi-campus network serving nearly 12,500 students. She oversees core functions including enrollment, attendance, facilities, IT, compliance, and governance, driving system-wide performance, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.
She is also the founder of 3DW Consulting, where she partners with leaders and organizations on executive leadership coaching, legal and compliance strategy, and operational transformation to navigate growth, complexity, and change.
Prior to her current role, Tiffany began her career as a 2002 Washington, D.C. Teach For America corps member, teaching for three years before practicing corporate law in the nation’s capital. A first-generation college graduate, she was drawn back to education as an Assistant Principal of Operations at a public charter school in Southeast Washington, D.C., where she built and led core operational systems spanning facilities, finance, compliance, human resources, and data. Under her leadership, the school established sustainable, high-functioning operations and earned its first-ever Tier 1 rating on the D.C. School Quality Report.
Drawing on 24 years of experience spanning education, law, and executive leadership, Tiffany works at the intersection of people, systems, and accountability—helping leaders confront what’s not working, build what’s missing, and lead with the clarity and discipline required to deliver results that last.
