Selim Tanyeri began his career in education as a Science/Physics teacher back in 2001. Before starting his career as the Chief Operating Officer at CASLV, he had worked in k-12 education in various positions as a teacher (7 years), VicePrincipal (1 year), , Principal (10 years), Director of Curriculum & Assessment (3 years), Chief Academic Officer (1 year). Mr. Tanyeri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Master’s degree in Educational Supervision & Administration from Arizona State University. Mr.Tanyeri is also certified and licensed to teach in elementary (k-5), secondary science (6-12), secondary math (6-12), and he also holds a k-12 school administrator license in multiple States. In his current role, Mr. Tanyeri oversees day to day operations that entail facilities, maintenance, food service, grants, transportation, enrollment, and front office supervision at Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas. Mr.Tanyeri is married and a proud father of three school aged children. He loves spending time with his family. Mr. Tanyeri loves traveling, playing and watching soccer, and driving sports cars.
