Roselvi (Rose) Castillo is the Network Director of Operations at Amber Charter Schools, which serves 1,000 students across three schools in the Bronx, New York. Prior to her role as NDO, Rose was the Founding Director of Operations. Rose is excited to be part of the FOX Fellowship because she wants to develop her leadership, management, and operational skills as she looks for a promotion in the near future. Rose is a graduate of Monroe College.
