Norriese Rogers serves as Chief Financial Officer for Gestalt Community Schools, where she leads the organization’s financial strategy, including accounting systems, audits, and resource allocation. With more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, she is a transformative leader who partners across all functions to advance Gestalt’s mission of building quality schools that integrate education and community. A natural change agent, Norriese embraces every opportunity to innovate, streamline processes, and strengthen resources for greater organizational impact. Since joining Gestalt in 2017, she has been recognized as a Memphis Business Journal CFO of the Year Finalist in both 2022 and 2025. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA from Tarleton State University, with a proven record of excellence in risk management, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
