Dr. Nikita White is a seasoned financial and educational leader with a passion for driving sustainable impact through strategic stewardship. She earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1999 and went on to become a Certified Public Accountant. She holds an MBA from DePaul University and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from National Louis University.

Dr. White joined Noble Network of Charter Schools in 2023 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she leads the organization’s financial sustainability efforts and provides strategic financial leadership that ensures alignment between Noble’s mission and long-term fiscal health. Her unique blend of expertise in both finance and education positions her to bridge operational strategy with mission-driven outcomes.

With extensive experience across the educational, nonprofit, and public sectors, Dr. White has held leadership positions including Assistant Superintendent for Finance & Operations, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Education Officer.
