For the past 16 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology and education, using both to expand equitable, life-changing opportunities — especially for historically marginalized communities.

Before transitioning into K-12 education, I spent a decade at PwC and IBM as an IT consultant, leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic solutions that improved efficiency for clients and service teams alike. That foundation in systems-thinking and execution continues to shape how I lead today.

My approach is rooted in my values: equity, balance, service, responsibility, relationship, and consistency. Outside of work, I stay grounded in community — whether through nonprofit board service, youth coaching, or local engagement — all part of my commitment to unlocking transformative change.
