Lea Ann Hendrick serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Bob Hope School, leading all financefunctions while also overseeing PEIMS and operations. She joined Bob Hope School after servingas Director of Finance at Pineywoods Community Academy, an East Texas charter school. Underher leadership, she not only ensured strong financial performance but also played a key role infostering an empowered and inclusive workplace culture. Ms. Hendrick began her career incorporate and construction accounting after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. In 2013, she transitioned into public school finance, starting as an accountant for Diboll ISD, where she developed her expertise in school financial management.
