Dr. Kenneth Griffin is an educational leader with more than 16 years of experience serving students, educators, and school communities. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles spanning classroom instruction, school administration, district leadership, and operations, with a focus on improving systems, strengthening school culture, and creating equitable opportunities for students. He currently serves as Managing Director of Operations for KIPP Kansas City, where he leads strategic initiatives supporting student success and organizational excellence.

Dr. Griffin earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Maryville University and is passionate about developing high-performing teams, building strong community partnerships, and creating safe, welcoming learning environments. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, writing, following NFL football (especially the Green Bay Packers), and exploring great coffee.
