Dr. Katrice Noble was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, where her early life experiences shaped her passion for service, resilience, and leadership. She currently serves as the Deputy Director of Lift For Life Academy Charter School, where she is deeply committed to empowering students to achieve both academic and personal success. Dr. Noble earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. In 2000, she celebrated two life-changing milestones: marrying the love of her life, Mr. Sean Noble, and earning her Master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. This pivotal year marked the beginning of her journey into impactful leadership roles, where she would go on to influence and inspire thousands of students.
Motivated by her own upbringing and the guidance she received from a former teacher, Dr. Noble made a personal commitment to give back and uplift others. Determined to reach her highest potential, she continued her education and earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Maryville University in 2011. In 2012, Dr. Noble was promoted to Deputy Director for Lift For Life Academy. Known as a transformative leader and change agent, she plays many roles in the lives of young people—mentor, advocate, role model, and, for some, a source of unwavering support and inspiration. In 2021, Dr. Noble achieved another goal and began serving as an adjunct professor at St. Louis University. Dr. Noble’s story is one of perseverance. Born to a 15-year-old mother, growing up without knowing her father, and navigating life in underserved communities, she understands firsthand the challenges many students face. Her journey is a testament to the power of resilience and determination. Through her work and her example, she reminds others that regardless of their circumstances, they too can—and will—succeed.
