Juanika Randolph is the Director of Operations at Gestalt Community Schools, which serves 2,200 students across five schools in Memphis. Prior to her role as DOO, Juanika was a Principal. Juanika is excited to be part of the FOX Fellowship because she wants to build her capacity and knowledge as a new leader in operations. The opportunity to engage in hands-on learning and be equipped with tools & resources will be invaluable. Juanika is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.
