Jazmine León-Wing serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Compass Rose Public Schools (CRPS), where she leads all financial operations for a fast-growing Texas public charter school network.

With more than 20 years of experience in public charter school finance and education / nonprofit leadership, Jazmine brings deep expertise in strategic growth planning, multi-million-dollar debt financing, and long-term resource optimization. At CRPS, she is instrumental in advancing the organization’s mission by aligning sound fiscal strategy with expansion goals – ensuring the financial strength and sustainability required to deliver high-quality education to underserved communities.

Prior to joining CRPS, Jazmine held senior finance roles at IDEA Public Schools and KIPP Austin Public Schools, where she managed capital planning initiatives, secured financing deals ranging from $25M to $200M, and oversaw investment portfolios exceeding $100M. Her leadership has consistently supported large-scale facility development and sustainable growth. A graduate of Columbia Business School (Beta Gamma Sigma honors) and Yale University (Magna Cum Laude honors), Jazmine resides in Austin and is the proud mother of two school-aged children.
