Jaime is a dynamic executive leader with two decades of experience transforming K-12 and postsecondary education through visionary strategy and bold innovation. As Chief Operations Officer for Voices College-Bound Language Academies, he leads initiatives that empower multilingual learners and champion student achievement across California. Jaime’s impact spans stabilizing finances and launching student success programs as Vice President of Administrative Services at Gavilan Joint Community College District, expanding tutoring to over 150 school districts, and advocating for funding and policy reforms in Washington, D.C. for farm-working and first-generation families.

A passionate advocate for student success, Jaime holds an MBA from Pepperdine, a Master’s in Education, and is currently completing his doctorate. He is a certified Chief Business Official and Prosci Change Practitioner, known for his commitment to educational excellence. Outside of work, Jaime finds joy in nature, family adventures with his wife and four daughters, and in his favorite sport—boxing.
