Ingrid currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for MESA Links, a charter school management organization operating three schools across Brooklyn, New York.  Ingrid fell in love with working with children and education as a summer and after-school counselor while in college, creating curriculum and teaching five- and six-year-olds.  After graduating from law school and practicing law, Ingrid continued working with children, teaching recent immigrant students dance and helping to create curriculum to enhance their understanding of English.  Ingrid went on to work as the Director of Business Affairs for a start-up company, where she was responsible for aspects of the business operations.  Ingrid’s love of children and education propelled her to transfer her business operations skills to serve in leadership roles at various non-profit organizations, including Chief Operating Officer positions at 50CAN and Urban Arts Partnership.  Ingrid has built and managed the finance, human resources, operations and legal functions of nonprofit organizations while providing senior leadership.  Ingrid holds a B.A. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
