Courtney Kennedy serves as the Chief Financial Officer for James Irwin Charter Schools, where she has worked for the past 12 years. In her current role for the last 4 years, she leads the organization’s financial strategy, compliance, and reporting, supporting the mission to provide rigorous, content-rich education across all campuses.

Courtney holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Regis University. She is passionate about using strong financial stewardship to support sustainable growth and student success in the charter school sector.
