Ashley Odham brings more than 20 years of experience in education and charter schools as a strategic and systems-oriented leader. In July 2026, she joined Momentum Academy in St. Louis as the Managing Director of Strategy and Operations, where she provides executive leadership across school operations, finance, human resources and talent, facilities, technology, enrollment, and marketing and communications. She partners closely with the Executive Director and school leaders to align people, systems, and strategy in support of exceptional educational experiences and the organization's long-term sustainability.

Before joining Momentum Academy, Ashley served as Chief of Staff at KIPP St. Louis Public Schools, where she led the execution of regional strategy and oversaw fundraising, marketing, communications, and data. Since joining KIPP in 2010 as a founding sixth-grade English language arts teacher, she also served in leadership roles spanning development, communications, marketing, and talent, building expertise in organizational strategy, change management, and cross-functional leadership. She began her career as a 2006 Teach For America corps member in New York and later served as a Recruitment Director with Teach For America.

Ashley is a graduate of DePauw University, where she studied communication and sociology and was a four-year starter and captain of the softball team. A proud St. Louis native, she is passionate about ensuring every child has access to an excellent education and enjoys spending time with her husband, Dustin, and their three sons.
