Anna Martin is a dedicated educational and operational leader currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Lighthouse Community Public Schools where she has been leading in a variety of roles overseeing people and, more recently, operations for the past 11 years as LCPS has expanded from a single school to serving 1600 TK-12 students across two campuses with 6 schools. Prior to coming to LCPS, Anna worked for over a decade as a teacher, leader, and instructional and leadership coach in schools and districts in the Bay Area and running a college access program in New York. Anna is a National Board Certified educator and has been a National Equity Project, Leading for Equity Fellow, and has also served on the Center for Teaching Quality's Advisory Board and as the Board Chair for Midrasha, a supplementary high school non-profit program. Throughout her career she has been committed to building the human capacity of adults and the operational capacities and systems in schools to enable all children, especially the most vulnerable, to succeed and achieve the college and career of their choice.
