Alwayne Burke, CPA is the Group Chief Financial Officer of The Academy Charter School (TACS), where he directs corporate financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. In this executive role, he provides strategic oversight to ensure the fiscal health and long-term sustainability of the entire network.

Before joining TACS, Mr. Burke built an extensive background in public accounting and institutional finance, including serving as an audit director for a local firm and spending nine years as an audit manager at BDO USA, specialized in auditing charter schools and higher education systems. His career also features three years of executive leadership as VP of Finance and Administration for a nonprofit organization. Mr. Burke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College.
